  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, grill al fresco® Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage, remove from pan, slice into 1/4" slices and set aside.
  3. Add one tbsp of the olive oil to pan, then add one clove of fresh minced garlic and cook about one minute.
  4. Add mushrooms, eggplant and onions and sauté about 5 minutes. Add fresh spinach, diced tomatoes and broccoli.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the veggies and steam about 3 more minutes with the lid on.
  6. Add about a tbsp. of water to prevent sticking if necessary.
  7. Spread ricotta on crust; add salt, pepper, oregano, and grated romano. Add sautéed vegetable mixture, chicken sausage and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add crushed red pepper if you like a little heat! For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
