  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Cut open your lobster tail using poultry shears or a very sharp knife.
  3. Gently remove the lobster meat from within the shell and lightly sprinkle salt & pepper all around the meat.
  4. Wrap the lobster meat (with shell; optional) in aluminum foil.
  5. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness has been reached.
  6. While the lobster is in the oven, melt 1/2 cup of butter on very low temp setting for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Chop 1 Tbsp. garlic really good and add to melted butter.
  8. Remove whole lobster tail from oven and foil, place the lobster meat atop the shell.
  9. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste and drizzle some butter lightly along top of the lobster meat and presto, you'll have gourmet lobster tail in the comfort of your own home.
