  1. In a heavy pan Sauté Meat in oil till browned on all sides.
  2. Combine broth, bouillon cube, coffee granules, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef and allow to simmer on low till the beef easily pulls apart (approximately 2 hours).
  4. Once the beef is tender add in the onions and broccoli and simmer for 5- 10 minutes till vegetables are cooked to your taste.
  5. Combine the cornstarch with the cold water and stir till smooth. Add to the beef and vegetables and stir till thickened. Enjoy!!! p.s. great on hot rice =)
