In a large bowl mix the ground beef, 4 tbsp of the Herdez Traditional Chipotle sauce, bread crumbs, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste. Shape the meat mixture into 4 equal patties. Place in fridge to rest.
In a separate bowl, gently mix the avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeno. Cover tightly and set aside.
Stir the mayonnaise and remaining chipotle sauce and spread on both sides of each hamburger bun. Set these aside.
Grill the prepared patties until medium to medium well. Lay burgers on the buns with the chipotle sauce. Top with the avocado mixture and top of bun. Enjoy!
