  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease a 9" by 5" by 3" loaf pan and set aside
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine ground chicken meat with eggs, parsley, grated cheese, onion and minced garlic and mix together well
  4. In a medium size bowl crumble bread slices until nice and fine. Add the spices and seasoning to the crumbs and then add to the ground chicken mixture.
  5. Press into loaf pan well and put aside
  6. In a small bowl combine ground flaxseed with lemon juice and honey and stir until flaxseed is glossy and well coated with lemon juice and honey
  7. Spread glaze over top of loaf and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until temperature indicates 170 degrees internal temperature.
  8. Remove from oven and carefully run a knife around the edges and invert loaf onto a large serving plate.
