  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet or round pizza tray. Flour clean counter and rolling pin with about 1/2 cup flour.
  2. 2. Spread dough out onto floured surface with rolling pin until it is about a centimeter thick and spread into perfect circle 14 inches in diameter. Place dough onto tray or sheet. Form the crust around the perimeter of the pie so that the crust is about 1 inch thick.
  3. 3. With a spoon spread sauce onto the rolled out dough evenly. Evenly sprinkle garlic and spices atop the sauce. Pour paresean cheese evenly across sauce and do the same with the mozzarella. Lay tomato slices evenly across the cheese and top the pie with the remaining vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is dark brown and bottom of crust is golden. Taste great with blue cheese and fresh celery or carrots on the side. Enjoy!
