  1. Slice red bell pepper and onion into large slices. Heat grill or George Foreman grill. Place mushroom caps, onion, & red bell pepper onto grill. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, basil, salt, & pepper.
  2. While grilling, spread goat cheese down the center of 2 wraps.
  3. After a few mins grill time, add a dash of balsamic vinegar to mushroom caps. Continue grilling until the veggies are done.
  4. Slice the mushroom caps and add all veggies to the wraps. Put the wraps on the grill and toast. Slice in half and eat!
