"One of my favourite recipes! Made it up a little while ago and it's always a good hit. I serve with homemade bread bowls."

  1. Melt butter in soup pot, add in onions.
  2. Sautee onions for about 4 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add in flour and mix with onions/butter.
  4. Add cream slowly, stirring constantly.
  5. Add in milk. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add in chicken stock, nutmeg, S&P and broccoli.
  7. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes or so.
  8. Add the cheese and stir until melted and there you go!
