Preheat grill or skillet to med-high. In a bowl, combine bbq sauce, chipotle chile and cinnamon; reserve 1/2 of this sauce in a small cup. Add turkey to lrg. ziplock & toss in turkey to coat with sauce. Brush scallions with oil; season with a little salt & pepper.
Arrange turkey on the grill or skillet, cook throughly, turning once. Add scallions last few mins. till tender.
Shred turkey & scallions. Top on rolls with lettuce. Serve extra sauce on side.
