  1. Combine meats, onion, breadcrumbs, cold water, and eggs.  Add salt, paprika, mustard, and parsley.  Shape into a loaf by hand, resembling a a flat bread loaf.  In Dutch oven cook bacon for 2 minutes.  Carefully add oil and heat.  Place meatloaf in Dutch oven and brown on both sides.  Place in uncovered oven-proof pan or Dutch oven and put in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.  White meat is making, periodically pour beef broth over top of loaf; brush w/pan drippings.  When done remove meatloaf to a platter and keep warm.  Add 1/4 cup hot water to pan and scrape all particles from bottom of pan.  Bring to a gentle boil.  In small bowl mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and add to pan.  Cook until thick and bubbly.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.  Reheat to warm. Season w/salt and pepper and serve gravy on the side.
