Place chicken pieces in 1 gallon zip lock bag with all other ingredients and mix/shake to coat meat thoroughly with marinade. Chill in refrigerator 12-24 hours. Turn at least once while marinading meat.
Preheat oven to 425
Place chicken pieces with marinade in 9x13 baking dish. Let come to room temperature by sitting out of refrigerator 20-30 mins. Just before baking rotate chicken pieces to cover with sauce and bake skin side up 40-45 mins. Serve with small drizzle of pan sauce.
