  1. Cook Macaroni longer then recommended by package, to make it more gooey. Then, add soy-milk and return to a very low heat, adding Daiya a little at a time while stirring rapidly. Finally, add the roasted red pepper humus (this can be found prepared at most health-food stores in their deli-item sections-though I have a humus recipe I'd like to experiment further with and create my own).
