  1. mix sugar, butter, salt, chocolate chips and half & half together in microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Melt 1 minute then stir.
  3. Melt another minute then stir again and add a splash of vanilla.
  4. Microwave 30 seconds then stir in peanut butter until all is melted and smooth.
  5. Add oats and stir well to coat.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on wax paper and let cool.
