"This is a really awesome healthier alternative to your traditional cookie. It's vegan until you add the chocolate which is easily omitted and high in fiber! I keep these on hand as little treats through out my day. ENJOY!"

  1. preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease two cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  2. add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine until it has a crumbly cookie dough texture.
  3. scoop 1 tbsp sized portions about an inch apart on to the cookie sheets.
  4. drizzle each cookie with 1/2 a tsp of honey.
  5. bake for 12-15 minutes of until they begin to brown around the edges.
