  1. Pat ribs dry and sprinkle all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  2. Drain sauerkraut and toss with chopped onion and apple
  3. Spray crockpot with Pam, line bottom with kraut mixture and pour in beer to just cover
  4. Place ribs over kraut, fattest sides up (bone down if using bones).
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours
