  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
  3. Crack eggs one at a time into a measuring cup with a pour spout
  4. Remove any eggshells or debris from raw eggs, then pour into the individual tin opening
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes depending on if you want the yolks runny or hard.
