  1. In a medium size bowl combine bread crumbs, dry mustard, ginger, salt, celery seed and caraway seed and mix together then set aside
  2. In a large bowl place ground turkey breast and egg together and then stir ground turkey meat with chopped onion and garlic until onion is well combined with ground turkey meat
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the ground turkey and mix together to form a ball and then place in greased loaf pan
  4. Mix together parsley and maple butter and then spread on top of turkey loaf
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of parsley and bake for 35 minutes or until temperature reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature
