Mango salsa


"Tastes delicious on its own with tortilla chips, but I think I goes best with any kind of fish or shrimp taco. Try it out! It also tastes better if you make it one day, then leave it overnight in the refrigerator so all the flavors have time to meld together."

  1. Peel and dice into small chunks mango and set aside
  2. mix in chopped onion, jalapeno and cilantro
  3. squeeze in juice of limes and thoroughly mix together with a wooden spoon
  4. add salt as needed
