Mix together powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Blend well. Next add coconut, stirring until well blended. With buttered hands, form logs out of mixture. Cut into 1-1/2” long pieces, or roll into balls to shape into flattened circles. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate chips or almond bark in the microwave for thirty second intervals, or until melted. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate chip until coated, after placing an almond in the center. Place on parchment paper and chill until set.
