  1. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, lime juice and citric acid in a small saucepan.
  2. simmer over med. heat for 10-12 min.
  3. slice bananas into 1/2 inch slices
  4. pour several tablespoons of sauce in a frying pan.
  5. fry bananas and pineapple until the sauce begins to caramelize, place pineapple on a plate, place the bananas on top and pour on remaining sauce
  6. eat one banana slice and one pineapple chunk per bite.
