  1. 1. Place the oven rack in the highest position.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. 3. Mix the butter, brown sugar, salt and honey in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the pumpkin seeds and toss to coat.
  5. 5. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  6. 6. Pour the seeds onto cookie sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  7. 7. Bake the seeds for 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven, turn them and place them back in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the oven and sprinkle with sugar. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. 6. Allow the seeds to cool and then store them in an airtight container.
