  1. Place the prawns, mayonnaise,horseradish and tomato ketchup into a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a wooden spoon gently stir the ingredients together until the prawns are evenly coated.
  3. Divide the water cress between 4 large bowls.
  4. Place two slices of the tomatoes over the lettuce and top with the prawns.
  5. Arrange a few slices of radishes around the prawns and garnish with the lemon wedge.
