Ham and Spinach Quiche

  1. Melt butter in medium skillet. Saute onions and garlic until slightly browned. Add spinach, Parmesan and feta cheeses, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  2. Place spinach mixture and ham into greased 9 inch pie plate. In a separate medium bowl, beat eggs and milk until well-combined and smooth. Pour over ham and spinach.
  3. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese is brown and bubbly and quiche is set in the middle. Enjoy!
