  1. mix together the yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit for a few minutes until the yeast is bubbly.
  2. In your bread machine pan add the flour and salt, then Add the yeast/honey/water mixture. along with the olive oil. set the machine on dough and let it mix the mixture and the rise. this should take about 1 hour and 40 mins.
  3. Move one rack in the oven to the lowest possible position. you should have a Pizza stone on this rack. Preheat the oven to 550F. once 550F is reached allow it to continue to heat up the stone for 30 more mins.
  4. To make the crust gently roll out the dough with a small rolling pin or using your hands to press it
  5. into the desired size on a 16 inch pizza pan.
  6. Add toppings of your choice. Remember, go light on the toppings, especially the cheese. Brush olive oil on the exposed dough.
  7. Bake on the low rack in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. the cheese should start to brown. If the crust is done before the cheese is melted, move the pizza to a higher position in the oven.
