  1. Cut rolls long ways
  2. Place a slice of of prosciutto, then a big slice of Gruyere & one more slice of prosciutto on top. Sprinkle with chives & generously spread the mustard on bread. I use a george foreman grill as a panini press and it works great! Press flat and cook for 5-6 minutes in preheated press.
