Sweet Beanless Slow Cooker Chilli

"This chilli recipe is sweet with a bit of a kick. This beanless chilli is great for the whole family or a pot luck dinner that everyone will enjoy. I get complements on this chilli everytime I take it out and everyone wants to know what my secret ingredient is! Brown sugar is amazing in this beanless chilli!"

  1. Brown the ground beef in the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until no longer pink; place in your slow cooker. Keep your drippings in the frying pan.
  2. Sauté onion, in the drippings, for about 5 minutes until onion is translucent. Add half of the chili powder to the onions. Remove and place into the slow cooker.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredience into the slow cooker; mushrooms, tomato soup, crushed or diced tomatoes,
  4. Add the rest of the chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and brown sugar. Make "Chilli Seasoning Mix II Recipe" and add it to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir ingredients together well.
  6. Cover and place on high for 1 hour, place on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.


Chilli is awesome! It made enough for 6 people. Kids loved it, too. Everyone loved the sweet with a little heat.
