  1. Cook quinoa according to instructions on package. In separate pan, saute garlic and peppers in olive oil until soft. Whisk eggs in bowl and cook the scramble in the pan with the vegetables. Mix the skillet of eggs/peppers in with the quinoa and add the soy sauce. Add srichacha to taste depending on how spicy you like it. Top off with chopped green onions and cooked turkey bacon. You can add other veggies to this dish if you desire or substitue the eggs for egg whites.
