Heat oil over medium heat in dutch oven, saute onion until translucent about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add rest of ingredients, stirring as you go. Turn heat to low and simmer for an hour or two, stirring often. Serve over pasta, or use to make baked ziti, eggplant, just about anything that calls for tomato sauce. Manja!
