  1. Combine chicken, coriander, cilli, sesame oil and garlic in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
  2. Heath peanut oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry chicken mixture, in batches, until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Return chicken mixture to wok with vinegar, sauce and juice; stir-fry until sauce boils. Add cashews; stir=fry, tossing until combined. Remove wok from heat; gently toss sprouts with chicken mixture.
