  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, saute first six ingredients until ground beef is cooked and no longer pink. Remove from heat.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, beans, olives, cilantro, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Mix salsa, sour cream, and avocado in small bowl. Add to ground beef mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
