  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. When it is cook, set aside.
  2. Brown hamburger meat. After it is browned, add the flour to the meat and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add Taco mix (I used Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix by KathyESG or you can use prepared Taco mix) and water to meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring the mixture.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until it is melted into the meat.
  5. In a 2 QT casserole dish, layer the bottom with the pasta and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Add the meat mixture over the pasta and stir slightly. Add the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350F and cook casserole uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
