  1. In a stock pot, heat chicken and beef broth. Add chopped onion, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, onion and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer at least 30-60 minutes. Strain in a cheese cloth and discard return broth to stock pot. Add mushrooms, green onions and french fried onions.
