  1. Mix the cookie dough and chill.
  2. Use a cookie scoop or 1 tablespoon so the cookies all bake the same.
  3. Shape into teardrop shapes and flatten down the part that will form the face, then place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Pulse pecans until very fine, being careful not to make nut butter, and pour into a bowl.
  7. Put out a sheet of waxed paper for cookies to set on.
  8. Melt chocolate chips.
  9. Dip back side of cookies in chocolate and spread to cover the "body" of the cookie.
  10. Immediately press the cookie into the pecans.
  11. Set on waxed paper until chocolate sets.
  12. Take remaining chocolate and put into a parchment cone or sandwich bag with a very small corner snipped to pipe eyes and nose.
