  1. before you begin to cook, cut your lobster tail with scissors down the top. Make the incision wide enough so the meat can flower out. You may also want to de-vein the lobster. Clean out the "poop vein."
  2. To start, add 1/2 cup of white cooking wine, tablespoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of butter and a tsp of salt into a pot, large enough to fit the tails. Also, if you are using cherry tomatoes you may put then in at this time as well.
  3. Turn stove on med. let it steam for 4 mins. then add the rest of the garlic powder into the tails. let it steam for 3 more minutes, the meat will turn white when finished.
  4. If using cherry tomatoes, it is great over white rice with a little bit of the sauce left in the pot.
