  1. Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the chopped onion, carrots and cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes, add white wine, stir in the broth, halk& half ,tomato sauce, bay leaves and thyme. Cook until the liquid is bubbling then add rice. Season with cayenne pepper, black pepper, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Add lobster roe , liver and milk ,blend entire mixture with hand blender, can remove bay leaves first. Add 1 cup of lobster, reserve 1 cup of meat
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat add flour slowly (make sure it doesnt leave lumps) until the bisque begins to simmer, about 15 minutes. Stir in the remaining lobster meat , cook another 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with light sprinkle of chopped chives.
