  1. 1. Prepare Rice A Roni as stated on box. 2. While rice is cooking, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and pay fry with butter on medium heat until juices run clear. 3. Mix chicken and rice together in an 11x7 baking dish. Combine soup and milk in medium bowl; mix well and spread over mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with onions; bake 10 minutes longer or until onions are crisp.
