  1. Bring a big pot of water to a boil.
  2. While you are waiting for the water to boil, cook the beef. Add the pasta sauce when the beef in done.
  3. When the water boils, add the lasagna noodles to the water and cook according to package directions.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Layer your lasagna by placing a layer of meat on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then add a layer of noodles, a layer of cottage cheese and a layer of cheese.
  6. For next layer add noodles, meat, cottage cheese and cheese.
  7. Continue layering, as in step 6, until all of the ingredients are used up, making sure that you end with a layer of cheese.
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until cheese has turned brown.
  9. Let sit out 10 minutes to cool.
