  1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray a large sheet of foil with olive oil.
  2. Place the tilapia on the foil. Squeeze the lime half over both sides.
  3. Spray the asparagus, bell pepper, and tomatoes with olive oil and toss with black pepper. Add the vegetables to the foil alongside the tilapia.
  4. Fold the foil to form a pouch and crimp the ends. Place the pouch on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
