  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mash the bananas and add them to the wet ingredients. Slowly fold in dry ingredients and walnuts, stirring until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan and bake for 45 - 60 minutes, depending on your oven.
