"This is so easy it's ridiculous. Just put the pork in the crock-pot, turn it on, shred it a few hours later, add BBQ and eat! Nothing ingenious here, just a LOW PREP, easy, delicious main dish. Sure, you can add a dry rub or make your own BBQ if you want to. But if you don't want to mess with prep, you don't have to :)."

  1. 1) Put pork loin in the slow cooker. Cook a 2-3 lb roast on low 7-8 hours or high 2-3 hours. Roasts over 3 pounds need 6-8 hours on high. It's done when it shreds easily with forks and looks white in the middle.
  2. 2) Drain fat.
  3. 3) Shred pork with 2 forks.
  4. 4) Add a generous amount of your favorite BBQ sauce.
  5. 5) Serve on buns or alone.
