Original recipe yields 4 servings

  1. In deep skillet with lid, sauté onion and bell pepper, set aside
  2. Brown your beef, add seasoning, bell pepper and onion
  3. Mix in kidney beans and tomato soup
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste
  5. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 30mins
  6. Pour into greased casserole, top with shredded cheese, bake for approx 30 mins
  7. This recipe is very versatile, throw in some corn, some pasta, use your imagination. be creative and develop your own version.Can also skip the baking and cheese if in a hurry.
  8. Serves 4. I advise a double batch, freeze half before adding cheese and baking.
