  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix together hamburger or turkey meat with oats, bread crumbs, garlic salt, half of the sweet and sour sauce and some water in a bowl. Role meat into balls with your hands, depending on the size you want you can do small, medium or large meat balls. With the left over sauce put over meatballs or save for when you eat. Can be eaten with rice or noodles. Put on cookie sheet or bake safe bowl and cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
