  1. Bake Chicken at 500 degrees F for about 25 minutes
  2. Mince Garlic & Shallot & Peppers
  3. Heat up oil and saute garlic, shallot, peppers
  4. Add chicken broth, cumin, mexican chocolate, chili powder, and tomato paste to saute.
  5. Mix and simmer for 10 minutes until sauce slightly thickens
  6. Shred chicken and throw 2-3 tbsp of the sauce cooked above, and queso cheese. Mix Cilantro and 1/2 of lime juice
  7. Make the tortillas, chickens and put in pan
  8. Top off with sauce and mozzerella cheese
