  1. spread 1 TBS cream cheese on each wrap
  2. garlic salt & pepper to taste
  3. top with avocado, watercress, spinach and tomato
  4. fold in 2 opposite ends
  5. roll into wrap shape
  6. slice in half
  7. enjoy!
