  1. 1) Place pork cubes into slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic.
  2. 2) Mix all of your spices together and add to the pork, stirring it together until all of the meat is coated with spices and garlic.
  3. 3) Separate onion quarters into pieces and layer it on top of the pork. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. 4) The meat can be tested as "done" when it can be easily shredded.
  5. 5) Enjoy the pork served on fresh whole-wheat or corn tortillas with diced tomato, diced avocado, tomatillo salsa and a dab of sour cream
