  1. In a large non-stick or cast-iron pan over low to medium heat,melt the butter,then add the package of frozen vegetables.
  2. Cover and cook until thawed and beginning to get tender.
  3. Add in the cut up sausage and mix well together.
  4. Add the spices,salt and pepper to the eggs & mix well.
  5. Pour beaten eggs over the meat & vegetable mixture. Stir as it cooks to prevent it sticking or burning. It may be a little watery from the vegetables,but don't drain off the excess liquid,as it will be absorbed back in as it cooks.
  6. When the eggs are done,add in the cream-style corn and reheat completely.
  7. As you serve this,top it with shredded cheese,salsa or sour cream.Or a combination of these,if you want.
  8. This is good for breakfast or a quick meal any time.
