  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook sausage in skillet until cooked through, drain
  3. Scramble eggs
  4. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
  5. Open crescent roll tube, separate triangles and line up two rows with large ends meeting in the middle, points out. Pinch where dough meets in middle to make an area for stuffing to sit.
  6. Combine sausage, eggs, cheese and crushed red pepper in bowl, then gently spoon onto dough mixture, leaving half the length of each triangle free.
  7. Starting at one end, alternate braiding dough over stuffing, pinching along sides where necessary to keep mixture from spilling out
  8. Lightly brush top of braid with butter and sprinkle sea salt.
  9. Bake for approx 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Slice into 6 sections for serving.
