  1. Preheat oven to 450-degrees
  2. Brown the chorizo
  3. grill or sautee the red pepper, jalepeno and onion
  4. combine and flatten out the biscuits into approx 4" x 6" pieces, pressing seams together well.
  5. place chorizo and vegetables in the center of the dough, dividing equally among the pieces
  6. sprinkle with shredded cheese
  7. roll dough together, being careful to seal up the contents inside the dough. Turn the blanket over so the seam is down, check for holes and seal up.
  8. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until the blanket turns golden brown
  9. Plate, top with hot sauce to taste and enjoy!
