  1. In a 4 quart pot sauté the carrot, onion and celery with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add cubed potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Add butter, half and half and water and bring to a boil. Add clams and once thawed, boil for another 2 minutes. Turn stove off, add dill, wine and lemon. Enjoy!
