  1. Grease and flour sheet cake pan
  2. Prepare cake mix and blend in 1 tablespoon coconut extract
  3. Bake as directed
  4. Put coconut milk in hot water until liquified and pour in a mixing bowl
  5. Pour in can of sweetened condensed milk and 1- tablespoon of coconut extract and blend with hand mixer until frothy take cake out of oven and poke fork holes all into it.
  6. Pour coconut milk mixture onto cake while warm and let soak until cake is cool.
  7. Ice cake with cool whip and top with shredded coconut .
  8. Put cake in freezer for 25 min to set.
